SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you use the Zeta Parking application, we collect the personal information you explicitly provide to us, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, device location, and vehicle license plate number.

Email Marketing (if applicable): With your explicit permission, we may send you emails about our app, new features, and other company updates.

Telemarketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may call you to share information about our new products and offerings.

Customer Service Optimization: Your information helps us more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs

Transaction Processing: Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

By using Zeta Parking or any other domain owned by the Company, you authorize Zeta Parking (including its representatives, affiliates, and business partners) to contact you via email, phone call, or SMS to offer you our services, impart product knowledge, or share promotional offers. You hereby agree that you authorize Zeta Parking to contact you for these purposes even if you have registered under DND, DNC, or NCPR services. Your authorization in this regard shall be valid as long as your account is active.

Real-Time Location Data Tracking:

Through our product named "Zeta Parking", we collect your location data to track your position in order to locate nearby available parking spots, map routes to your reserved spaces, and calculate check-in/check-out timing accuracy. To prevent users from missing critical parking updates, the app requires continuous access to location data to track your arrival status even when the app is running in the background.

SECTION 2- CONSENT

How do you get my consent?: When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your account details, or place a parking reservation, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason (like marketing), we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an immediate opportunity to decline.

How do I withdraw my consent?: If you change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us directly at Zetacare7@gmail.com.

How do I turn off location access?: If you do not wish to provide continuous background location access, you may at any time change your device settings to "Allow only while using the app" or turn off location access entirely within your Android system settings.

SECTION 3- DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our official Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT PROCESSING (FUTURE INTEGRATION)

The current version of the Zeta Parking application does not process digital financial transactions, store credit/debit card details, or collect payment credentials directly within the app interface.

Future Integration Clause: We plan to introduce integrated digital payment methods (such as Paytm, UPI, or other authorized payment gateways) in an upcoming application update.

Data Handling Standards: Once integrated, all financial processing will be conducted securely via fully compliant, third-party payment gateways. Neither Zeta Parking nor its servers will store your raw card numbers or CVV codes. All transaction data will be securely encrypted utilizing the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) protocols managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

SECTION 5 - SECURITY

The Protected Information and Usage Information we collect is securely stored within our databases. We employ standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls, and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) to protect your information. All our endpoints and domains are secured via HTTPS with AES 256-bit / XChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption key length. This ensures information flowing from your device to our server is completely encrypted over the wire. Your data is saved in our database and is protected via Access Control Lists (ACL) and user authentication; administrative passwords are rotated periodically to ensure security. We take appropriate measures to ensure only our authorized application servers can query the database. We periodically take backups of our database for disaster recovery. All cloud backups are kept isolated with encryption. Once data reaches its retention expiry, it is securely deleted using non-recoverable system tools. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed as 100% secure. You transmit all data to the Company at your own risk.

SECTION 6 - COOKIES & SESSIONS

We use mobile session tokens and cookies to maintain the logged-in state of your user profile. These sessions are not used to track or personally identify you on outside websites or third-party applications.

SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this application, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you give us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to utilize this application interface.

SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website interface. If we make material changes to this policy, we will explicitly notify users here that it has been updated so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

SECTION 9 – DIGITAL BILL PAYMENTS (FUTURE INTEGRATION)

The current version of the Zeta Parking application does not offer utility bill payment services, and no user billing data or account numbers are collected or processed for this purpose.

Future Integration & Data Sharing: We plan to introduce digital bill payment features in a future application update. Once these services become active, if you choose to utilize them, you explicitly consent to the processing and sharing of your billing information with authorized bill payment partners and networks solely for completing your transaction in compliance with applicable regulations.

SECTION 10 – ACCELERATED LENDING SERVICES (FUTURE INTEGRATION)

The current version of the Zeta Parking application does not offer personal credit lines, micro-lending capabilities, or financial lending services. No financial onboarding or KYC data is processed for lending purposes in this build.

Future Features & Terms: We may introduce optional micro-lending or credit features in a future version of the application. If you choose to avail of these optional features once they become live, this section will apply to you and will prevail in the event of any structural conflict with other sections of this document.

Permissions Handling (For Future Use): Once lending features are active, and only with your explicit consent, a one-time access permission will be requested for your device camera and location for the sole purpose of completing mandatory financial onboarding or KYC requirements.

Resource Restrictions: The Zeta Parking App will not actively access your smartphone resource files, media libraries, full contact lists, call logs, or core telephony functions.
