Terms & Conditions for Zeta Parking

1. Disclaimer & Source of Data

All information related to vehicles displayed within the Zeta Parking mobile application is retrieved from data aggregators which are publicly available. Zeta Parking does not represent, associate with, or act as an official representative for any Government entity. This information is original, and we are displaying the vehicle data solely in the public interest.

2. Bookings, Hourly Rates, and Billing

All bookings on the Zeta Parking mobile app are completely postpaid. The user must select and book their desired parking slot through the application. Billing is calculated automatically as per the specific number of hours chosen by the user and the hourly rates designated by that individual parking site. Please note that any stays longer than the original booking time window will be charged directly by the parking lot/garage management for any additional hours or days not paid for through the app. These additional overstay charges will be non-refundable once billed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All confirmed parking space bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless verified under very special circumstances by our support team. The parking lot owner, operator, intender, or site caretaker has absolutely no right to cancel a parking space that has already been successfully booked by a Zeta Parking customer. Once a Zeta Parking customer reaches the physical parking space they reserved, the parking owner, operator, or caretaker must provide that designated parking space to the customer immediately.

4. Dispute Resolution & Operator Grievances

In case of any operational dispute between a Zeta Parking user and a parking lot owner, operator, or caretaker regarding the unavailability of a parking space (even after a booking confirmation has been issued), or any other on-site issue, Zeta Parking customer care must be contacted immediately to resolve the dispute.

Alternative Space Allocation:If the primary reason for the dispute is the physical unavailability of the confirmed parking space, Zeta Parking will make reasonable efforts to provide the nearest available alternative parking space to the customer.

Refund Eligibility : In the event that a nearby alternative parking space is not available, Zeta is obliged to refund the complete payment made by the user for that specific transaction. Zeta Parking remains free, but is not legally liable, to incentivize or compensate the user in any other way, at its sole discretion.

Legal Jurisdiction: : For any other reasons of dispute or severe operational failures, formal legal procedures will be followed accordingly.

5. Third-Party Links and External Implementations

Current Scope: The current version of the Zeta Parking application is a self-contained environment. It does not display external web advertisements or contain hyperlinks that redirect users away from our secure application ecosystem to unrelated third-party websites.

Future Updates: If future updates introduce integrations with external tools (localized parking hardware systems), those components will be governed by their respective operational parameters. We will update these Terms & Conditions accordingly if any external implementations are introduced.
